Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee — ₹999

The Registration Fee of ₹999 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

• The contestant is not selected for auditions
• The parent/guardian withdraws the application after submission
• The contestant is disqualified for any reason
• Any other personal or external reason

By paying the Registration Fee, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

2. Production Fee — ₹2,499

The Production Fee of ₹2,499 is charged only to contestants selected for live auditions.

• Once the audition slot is confirmed and the Production Fee is paid, it is non-refundable except in the case of show cancellation by the Producer.
• If a selected contestant voluntarily withdraws after paying the Production Fee, no refund is applicable.
• If the selected contestant is disqualified due to their own conduct, no refund is applicable.

3. Show Cancellation by Producer

In the event that Sanatan Champs Season 1 is cancelled entirely by the Producer (Brandspro TV) — not due to contestant conduct, force majeure, or other external causes beyond the Producer's control — the following refund policy applies:

• Full refund of Registration Fee (₹999) for all registered participants
• Full refund of Production Fee (₹2,499) for all participants who have paid it
• Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of the cancellation announcement
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

4. Sponsor Fee Refunds

• 50% of the agreed sponsorship amount is non-refundable once production has commenced.
• Remaining amounts are subject to the terms of the individual sponsorship agreement.
• In case of show cancellation by the Producer, full sponsorship amounts paid will be refunded within 30 working days.

5. Refund Process

• To raise a refund query, email hello@sanatanchamps.com with your registration details and payment proof.
• Refund queries will receive a response within 5 working days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) only.
• Brandspro TV is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway processing times.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund is available under the following circumstances: change of mind, personal reasons, inability to participate due to health or travel, technical issues on the participant's end, or any reason not constituting a formal show cancellation by the Producer.
