1. Introduction: Welcome to Sanatan Champs, managed by Brandspro TV. By registering your child for the show, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration & Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹999 is required to submit an online entry. This fee covers the administrative and review process of the online audition video.

3. Audition & Production Fee: If your child is shortlisted from the online entries, a Production Fee of ₹2499 will be applicable. This fee covers studio time, stage setup, professional recording, and broadcast editing on Brandspro TV. This fee is ONLY payable by participants selected for the studio round.

4. Media Rights: By participating, you grant Brandspro TV the exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide right to broadcast, edit, and distribute your child's performance videos on YouTube and other platforms.

5. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

1. Data Collection: We collect personal information including names, ages, contact details, and video submissions for the sole purpose of evaluating candidates for Sanatan Champs.

2. Data Usage: Your WhatsApp number and email will be used exclusively for transactional updates regarding auditions, episode releases, and show-related announcements.

3. Data Protection: We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies. Video links provided (Drive/YouTube) remain your property, though selected performances will be broadcasted by us.

1. Registration Fee (₹999): The initial registration fee is strictly non-refundable once the video submission has been processed, as it covers the cost of our expert panel reviewing the entry.

2. Production Fee (₹2499): If a selected participant pays the production fee but is unable to attend the scheduled studio audition due to a verified medical emergency, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of the management team.
